Insurance note for Parcel and Mail Forwarding
Clients should ensure adequate insurance for Parcels and Mail being forwarded by us from our premises. In transit insurance cover is included in our quotation, which is standard coverage up to $50.00. If additional coverage is required, it is the client’s responsibility to notify us prior to the parcel being shipped, when we will advise or arrange additional cover.
We accept no liability for loss or damaged goods in transit outside this standard insurance coverage unless additional coverage has been arranged. Clients arranging their own shipping are not covered by our insurance. Goods are insured while on our premises. Goods of high value should be brought to our attention immediately by email.

Shipping Guidelines and Restrictions for USA Bound Parcels
Guidelines and Prohibitions for Secure Delivery
Prohibited Goods: Chemicals, Medicines, Drugs, Aerosols, Nail Varnish, Polish & Gel, Perfumes & Aftershaves.
Sending Lithium Batteries (or not sure): Only send in strong rigid packaging and connected to an electronic device such as mobile phone, digital camera or laptop. Maximum two per consignment.
Warning: USA Controlled Drugs Any parcels containing controlled drugs Class A, B and C (steroids) will be confiscated and destroyed by the US Customs and Border Protection (Customs). In the event of such a parcel being delivered to our premises, the police will be informed of the sender and the parcel destroyed.

DO YOU PICK UP FROM OTHER ADDRESSES I.G. HOMES, WORKS, AUCTION HOUSES?Due to packaging problems we do not collect parcels.

HOW LONG WILL THE PARCEL TAKE TO ARRIVE?We forward parcels within 48 hours assuming we have full instructions and have been paid in full.

HOW MUCH WILL THE PARCEL COST TO SEND?The cost to send a parcel depends on size, weight, and destination. You can fill in this information and get a quote on our Parcel Forwarding page.

HOW WILL I KNOW IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED MY PAYMENT?We send you an invoice acknowledging payment via email.

IS IT OK TO ORDER MORE THAN 1 PARCEL AND SEND THEM ALL TOGETHER?Yes, it is. We give discounts on multiple Parcel Forwarding. You can contact us for more information.

WHEN WILL I KNOW THAT YOU HAVE RECEIVED MY PARCEL?If you have placed an order with us your name, e-mail, and order number will be entered in our database. When your parcel arrives at our premises, we will contact you.

WILL YOU PAY FOR MY TARIFFS?No, all deliveries must be "Tariff Paid"

WILL YOU RE-PACKAGE MY GOODS IF NEEDED OR INSTRUCTED?Yes, we often charge a small fee for repackaging.

WOULD YOU BE ABLE TO SEND OUT MY PARCEL AND I PAY LATER?No, we do not give credit.

CAN YOU SEND MAIL JUST WITHIN THE USA?No, we can send mail across the world.

DO YOU ACCEPT PARCELS?Yes, Phantom Mail accepts parcels on your behalf.

HOW FREQUENTLY DO YOU SEND MAIL?We normally send mail out each Friday, but we can send mail out, daily, monthly or whatever our client requires.

IF I GO AWAY, CAN YOU HOLD MY MAIL INDEFINITELY?Yes, just give us your instructions, we will hold your mail and send it to you when you want.

CAN PRIVATE INDIVIDUALS HAVE A USA MAILBOX?Yes, the USA Mailbox Service is available to individuals and companies.

CAN THE ADDRESS BE USED BY MY BANK OR FOR MY DRIVING LICENSE?It can be used to receive most mail, bank statements, etc. This address can be used for opening bank accounts, and applying for a DMV Driver’s License we provide the necessary documentation.

IF I ORDER THE USA MAILBOX SERVICE, HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE BEFORE I CAN USE IT?As soon as you have placed the order and payment is made, your USA Mailbox is available, and you can start using our USA Address. We’ll provide details in your confirmation email.

IS IT A GENUINE USA RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS?Yes, the USA Residential Address can be viewed on Google Maps.

IS IT LEGAL?Yes, all you are doing is using the Address for receiving your Mail.

WHERE DO YOU HAVE USA MAILBOXES?We have two USA Addresses, Orlando and Miami. We also have USA PO Boxes and our Phantom Mail kiosks lockers for your in-person pickups.
